The following table lists common property page icons and hyperlinks and their related commands.

The graphics of this icon are different for each file type and depend on the application used to edit the file type. Clicking this icon displays the Advanced Document Information dialog listing all property information for the selected document. |

Indicates that the current document or its rendition has electronic redlines associated with it that can be shown and edited in the viewer. |

Indicates that the current document has a rendition associated with it that is newer than the native document and can be shown in the viewer. |

Indicates that the current document has a rendition associated with it that is older than the native document and should be updated. |

Appears to the right of properties designated as Key Find properties by a system administrator. Click this icon to execute a search as described in Using Key Find. |

Appears in the Thumbnail group of the Document property page if no thumbnail image exists for the selected document. Click this icon to refresh the thumbnail image. |

Appears between the document icon and the document name to indicate that the current document has references. Click this icon to display a graphical diagram of the reference relationships as described in Viewing references. |
Appears in the frame of the Workflow group to indicate that the current document is either a master document or a project copy. For more information, see Showing project copies. | |
Status: |
Indicates that the document or folder is in an active workflow. Click the hyperlink to open a dialog showing a graphical diagram of the workflow. The current workflow state will be shown highlighted in red. For more information, see Viewing the current workflow. |
Comment: |
Indicates that the document has historical workflow information available. Click the hyperlink to display the information, which includes comments entered by workflow participants when they executed workflow transitions. |
